STHM Convocation Shirt Designs

2019 (Back)

With STHM being a Philly school, this shirt design encompasses the City of Brotherly Love. Among the skyline, you’ll see the clothespin sculpture, the Liberty Bell, Visit Philly’s ‘xoxo’, and the play design for the now-infamous “Philly Philly”. STHM is centric and juxtaposed with the LOVE sculpture from Love Park.

As we entered a new decade, my concept behind this shirt design was to incorporate aesthetics from the Roaring Twenties and The Great Gatsby. The artwork contains Temple University’s Bell Tower, front and center, surrounded by art deco-inspired design elements. These various shapes help create a luxurious, elegant overall design.
